TRAVELS

Travels

Travel! It has been a huge part of my life. A great deal of my childhood was spent relocating from the Philippines to the United States, back to the Philippines, and finally to Canada. I then lived in South Korea for two years and traveled to as many places as I could manage within Asia during that time. I’m now back in Canada, and I hope the best has still yet to come. :)

  1. You are so lucky to have traveled extensively. It’s fabulous and commendable that you’ve chosen to major in a way that at least holds the intention of reuniting people who have been uprooted, especially with your, I imagine, experience of feeling connection and belonging in so many places. Great job of organizing/presenting your travels through both a list and map.

    • Thank you so much for your thoughtful comments. I do feel a strong personal connection to the topics I’ve been studying, and it’s been really rewarding so far to think about my own and others’ experiences in more sophisticated terms. Excited and optimistic about where this may end up taking me. Thanks for stopping by! :)
